The story behind our decision to buy the BJE510XL began when my wife made the decision that "we" were going on a diet that featured LOTS of water, fresh juices, and not much else.

Believe me, I am not suggesting anyone reading this should go on that kind of a diet. But my wife said it was safe, and would "cleanse" our systems. I guess when you die of starvation, you at least have a squeaky clean system!

My wife had discovered the Breville BJE510XL while surfing online, at Amazon.com. She also liked the Breville BJE510XLmodel, as well. Apparently, they both had lots of happy owners who gave a glowing BJE510XL Review!

We really wanted to actually try the BJE510XL out before we bought it, so we began calling around our local area. It took several calls, but finally we found a health food store in our local mall that carried Breville juicers, including the Breville BJE510XL.

The person we spoke to informed us that every Saturday, demonstrations of the juicers were given, and samples were given out. It sounded like a "plan" to us, so when Saturday morning arrived, we made our way to the "Park Place" mall.

The Breville BJE510XL- For Juice That Tastes Like "Liquid Fruit!"

When we arrived, about 25 potential "tasters" were in attendance. The staff intended to demonstrate 4 different juicers, including the Breville BJE510XL. Using the different juicers, they intended to make 8 different kinds of juices and juice blends.

The Breville BJE510XL was the 3rd juicer to be demonstrated, so we decided to kind of "check it out", prior to the demonstration. The first thing that I noticed was how good looking it was.

Gorgeous, polished stainless steel, gave it a very modern, appealing look!It also was much smaller and compact than I thought it would be. We both agreed that the Breville BJE510XL Ikon would "dress up" our kitchen. We already knew just where we were going to put it!

We tasted both vegetable and fruit juices from the other juicers, and were quite impressed. Apparently, the juicers were being demonstrated in the order of how much they cost. The least expensive juicer was demonstrated first.
